An intensive, strength-focused movement experience tailored for midlife.

 

Over 4 weeks, you’ll receive:

 

  • A full Movement & Strength Assessment (Usual: 120 CHF)

  • 7x 1:1 tailored coaching sessions (2x/week for 4 weeks—to feel and see real changes in your body) (Usual: 135 CHF/session)

  • A personalised M Start program, adapted to your hormones and lifestyle (Usual: 50 CHF/program)

  • Access to video demos to support your training at home (Usual: 20 CHF/month)

  • Close support, follow-up, and the chance to help shape what Rebound M becomes​​

The pilot includes 8 coaching sessions (instead of the usual 9 in the full M Start program) and runs over 4 weeks, in exchange for your feedback.
