About Rebound

It started with a question I couldn’t ignore:

What do I do now?

One day, I woke up with unexplained aches and pains throughout my body. Then came the swelling. The hair loss. The fatigue I couldn’t shake. For months, I was poked, tested, dismissed. And when I finally got a diagnosis, a chronic illness, it should’ve felt like relief.

But instead, I was left with an even bigger question:

What now?

There was no guidebook for how to live with something like this.

No one teaches you how to rebuild your life, or your body, when it suddenly feels like it no longer belongs to you.

Yes, I had a name for what was happening.

Yes, I was given medication.

But medication only helped stop the disease from progressing.

It didn’t teach me how to move again. It didn’t show me how to feel strong again. It didn’t answer that quiet, constant question:

How do I live with this?

Navigating my own health meant learning to move with less certainty, less energy, and more pain than I’d ever known.

I wasn’t looking for a cure, I was looking for a way back into my body.

So I started slowly. I learned to listen more closely. I shifted away from what movement used to look like, fast, forceful, measured in reps and weight, and moved toward something gentler.

Something more intelligent. Something that honoured where I was.

Some days, that meant breathing and reconnecting with my posture.

Other days, it meant building small patterns of strength, the kind that stabilise, support, and restore confidence.

And over time, movement stopped being something I feared. It became something I could trust again.

What I discovered was that progress didn’t come from pushing harder, it came from being present, consistent, and kind to my body.

That process became Rebound.

Rebound is a phased movement system built for people like me, and maybe like you. For those living with chronic illness. For those recovering from injury. For those who feel like they’ve drifted away from their body and want to find their way back.

Because whether you’re starting over, slowing down, or finally choosing yourself...
Rebound meets you where you are, and helps you move forward with strength, structure, and support.

This is your way back in.
